After World War II, followed by rebuilding of the production, damaged by the Nazis, a plan for reconstruction of Polna is created. The trial production of central lubrication feeders was started, and that transformed the company’s production from small-serial to mass production. The Company’s name is changed to The Manufactory of Industrial Automation Components, so the word POLNA disappears. Technological development of the company took place, new technological processes were implemented – such as metal spinning and milling of cogwheels – these processes had not been applied before. The company became the main supplier of the central lubrication equipment to the majority of entities performing domestic industrial constructions. The new products such as diaphragm pneumatic and hydraulic – linear actuators were launched. The Company registered the first trademark. POLNA is accepted as a first category company. One by one, the production of the new products, such as control valves, hydraulic splitters, electromagnetic valves, is implemented. Foreign contacts (export to France, Turkey, Pakistan, Venezuela) contribute to productive cooperation with the Masoneilan company. The preparation of modern design of new valves was a yield of the partnership. |

This year brought a change of the previous name to Zakłady Automatyki Mera Polna. This change was made in order to adapt the name of the company to the actual nature of its production and in order to inform customers about the membership to the industry represented by Association of Automatic Control Industry and Control Apparatus MERA (Zjednoczenie Przemysłu Automatyki I Aparatury Pomiarowej MERA) in Warsaw.
Appearance of the trademark was changed to one, which is valid for today. |
