In order to be sure that our customers’ requirements and expectations are met and will be reflected in the properties of the products designed and manufactured by us and in the service level, in order to be sure that the production of the products will be done in a clearly defined and supervised conditions, we implemented, already in 1995, the quality system, which was successfully certificated to confirm  the conformance of the system with the valid requirements of ISO 9001.

This System was subsequently extended and improved, and transformed into the quality management system covering today, not only the general requirements of the current issue of the standard EN ISO 9001: 2008, but also ensuring the conformity of the pressure equipment, manufactured by us with the essential requirements of the directive 97/23/EC as far as design, manufacture, final acceptance and testing of these products and production materials (castings) are concerned.

Defined and implemented by us, our policy of quality combines the main objectives of the company with needs and expectations of customers and drives the system primarily to preventing from incompatibilities. Implementation of the quality objectives is measured and monitored with defined indicators.

Attaining the objectives of the quality, generating customer satisfaction with our products and terms of their supply, we strictly combine with a continuous improvement of both the processes implemented in our Company and the management of these processes and their mutual interactions, to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness.

Our quality management system compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and the Directive 97/23/EC confirm the appropriate certificates issued and renewed by TÜV Rheinland.
