Zakłady Automatyki “POLNA” Joint Stock Company – have the status of a large enterprise within the meaning of Annex No. I of the Commission Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 of June 17, 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (Official Journal of the EU L 187 of 26.06.2014 as amended) and the Act of March 8, 2013 on counteracting excessive delays in commercial transactions (Journal of Laws 2020.935 of 2020.05.26 as amended).
