The pump is designed for the lubrication with plastic grease or oil of machines and equipment requiring continuous lubrication in small quantities. The lubricant is fed to each receiving point via a separate line, directly from the pump. It is particularly recommended for the lubrication of machinery for metal, plastic and rubber forming, for construction, lifting and transport equipment, industrial pumps, compressors, pulp and paper machines, inland waterway vessels, agricultural machinery etc.
The pump consists of the following components: tank with feeding device, pumping unit and drive unit. The pumping unit is a solution, in which a suction and pumping section consisting of a piston and a pusher, located in the central shaft, presses the grease sequentially to all outlets. On the body of the pressing unit, there are radial outlet connections and adjusting pins. In the cylindrical body, there are built-in balls driving the piston, in the number corresponding to the number of outlets. The pump drive unit, depending on the solution, is designed to be coupled to the rotating, oscillating or reciprocating element of the machine, on which the pump is used, or the pump is independently driven by an electric motor.
